Although Barnsley Music Hub is made up of many different partners, much of its activity takes place within the lead organisation's home base.

Barnsley Music Service is located on the 4th floor of The Civic, right in the heart of Barnsley town centre. The entrance to The Civic is accessed on foot via Hanson Street / Mandela Gardens.

​

The locations of the hub's other partners can be found via their own dedicated web sites or social media pages.

Parking

​

Please note that there is no onsite parking at The Civic. The closest on street parking is on Regent Street, which operates pay-and-display parking during the day and is free in the evenings. The closest car park is situated on County Way, which is approximately 5 minutes walk from The Civic. This also operates on a pay-and-display basis, but is also free in the evenings.

Public Transport

The Civic is conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from Barnsley Interchange, with bus and trains connecting the interchange to the surrounding areas and to Sheffield, Leeds, Wakefield and Huddersfield.
